Enforced distributes and installs different models of SAS, locks designed for the passage of materials, products or waste between different classified areas, or between these and the outside, in order to avoid cross contamination or communication between areas of different classification and maintaining the pressure stability.

The SAS are made of hygienic antioxidant materials, such as stainless steel or phenolic resin, which do not release particles and ensure airtightness with respect to the outside.

Without sharp edges, they are easy to clean and resistant to the agents commonly used in clean rooms. Its wide doors, equipped with double-glazed peepholes with a camera, allow a complete view of its interior.

They come in different sizes and optional functionalities such as the germicidal lamp, adaptation to internal sterilization systems ...

Depending on their application, they can be ventilated (with HEPA filtration), without ventilation, with two or three doors, with hydrogen peroxide installation ... They have door interlocking and light signaling of the opening status.

The air shower is a containment equipment designed with high technology and the highest quality materials.

Integrated in the installation, it allows the passage of people and / or materials to clean rooms or rooms with a controlled environment.

People and / or materials are subjected to a filtered air bath with HEPA cells at high speed, which completely removes dust particles from exposed surfaces.

The interlocking device of the air shower doors prevents the simultaneous opening of both, thus establishing an efficient barrier that prevents the exchange of air between areas of different classification and, therefore, the transfer of particles.

The equipment has a programmable controller, which governs all the equipment's operating parameters, including the flow of people, the fan activation time or the delay in opening the doors.

An emergency button is installed inside the cabin to interrupt the air cleaning cycle and unlock the doors if necessary.

Large Volume Decontamination SAS (SDGV), specially designed for high containment areas, facilitate the entry and exit of equipment to containment laboratories, guaranteeing the performance of work with the maximum safety conditions.

SDGVs are made of high-quality materials, such as stainless steel and phenolic resin, that do not release particles. Its design without sharp edges inside makes it easy to clean and the construction materials are resistant to the usual cleaning and sterilization agents.

Its electrically interlocked doors with an inflatable seal guarantee its watertightness. The SDGV is equipped with light signaling of the status of doors and automation of the interior fumigation process.

IDAEL is a facility specifically designed for the treatment of liquid effluents generated in biological processes and pharmaceutical manufacturing laboratories.

Its objective is to reduce microbial and / or chemical contamination to adequate levels that comply with current regulations on liquid discharges to public networks.

Sandwich panels

Self-supporting panels that can form the partitions between rooms without the need for partitions, or can be used as cladding for existing partitions to build clean rooms and laboratories. Suitable for the implantation of any element (doors, windows ...) Assembled by means of hidden profiles.

Great resistance to scratching and impact, easy to clean, high chemical resistance and good behavior against fire.

Roofs

Passable and not passable. Modular or continuous, depending on the use. Finished in pre-lacquered sheet or phenolic resin.

PVC and resin flooring

Maximum hygiene and cleanliness, ease of cleaning and disinfection. Smooth, non-porous, non-absorbent and non-particle-generating surfaces. Resistant to attack by chemicals. High mechanical resistance to abrasion and scratching.

In PVC the multilayer epoxy resin.

Phenolic resin or sheet metal doors

Built with sandwich panels. With or without peephole. Frames and edges in resin or sheet metal, without sharp edges. Interlocking system to avoid cross contamination between rooms. Multiple solutions and measures.

Inflatable board doors

They guarantee a perfect seal.

Cold room doors

For both refrigeration and freezing chambers. Sheet manufactured with a frame made of anodized aluminum structure profile and coated with galvanized and lacquered sheet steel.

Windows

Finished flush with the panel. Anodized aluminum frame and double glass of 4mm approx. of thickness. They guarantee the absence of interstitial voids, avoiding the development of microorganisms.

Scotland profile

For clean rooms, vertical connections between walls and horizontal connections with floors and ceilings using anodized aluminum or PVC sanitary profile in the shape of a scotch.

The concave vertices are rounded by spherical caps to avoid the accumulation of dust and facilitate cleaning. The convex corners are made with a straight profile, L-shaped.

The sealing of door frames, ceilings, windows ... guarantees the absence of gaps, thus avoiding the development of microorganisms and guaranteeing the watertightness of the rooms.
